Hot honey is honey that has been infused with red pepper flakes. It has a unconfined spicy heat that pairs so well with the sweetness. Made with just 3 ingredients, it’s incredibly easy to make. Besides stuff simple to make, if you’re making homemade hot honey, you’re worldly-wise to retread the spiciness to your liking.
Drizzle it on pizza, salads, tacos or biscuits, drench your yellow with it, or plane add it to your tea. My favorite way to enjoy it – you can make succulent dips with it, like the one I’ll be sharing next week!

You can leave in the red pepper flakes to protract to let them infuse the honey (making it spicier), or strain them out. The recipe unelevated is a small batch, but you can hands double it if you’re going to be eating a lot of it!
